Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from The Darkling Vale. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

The following items are excluded from returns:

• Final sale items
• Custom or personalised items
• Bath bombs and other bath/body products (for hygiene reasons)

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thedarklingvale.com before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2–4 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@thedarklingvale.com and we'll make it right. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
